Deployment Guide - qiwi-createBill

Steps-By-Steps:
  1. checkout the qiwi-updateBill project into Eclipse
  2. upload application.properties to /data/qiwi-provider/application.properties
  3. Jar file (\\cwyrnd2-server\src\sohkeong\QIWI\Qiwi_createBill_Jar)
