*Prepare the following info before continue*:

* the server IP or name e.g. 192.168.2.11

* the name of the shared folder

* username and password of the server (it could be your CVS login)

*Steps:*

# open *Windows Explorer*

# press *Alt+T* and choose *Map network drive* and at the next prompt, select:

## *Drive:* any available letter

## *Folder:* \\<<server ip or hostname>>\<<shared folder>>, e.g. *\\192.168.2.11\src*

## tick *Reconnect at logon*

## tick *Connect using different credentials*

# press *Finish* to continue

# at the next prompt, choose *Use another account* and enter:

## *User name*: <<server ip or hostname>>\<<your username>>, e.g. *192.168.2.11\tester*

## *Password*: <<your password>>

## tick *Remember my credentials*
