| 5 | To create a new issue, you need to provide the following information: |

| 6 | * *Tracker* - whether it is a bug, feature request, support case |
||
| 7 | * *Subject* - a short yet descriptive summary of the issue |
||
| 8 | * *Description* - a very detailed list of steps to reproduce the problem (feature/support case) |
||
| 9 | * *Priority* - if it is a urgent issue, you may set it to *Urgent* or *Immediate* but use it wisely |
||
| 10 | * *Optional* |
||
| 11 | ** *Category* - which module has been affected. just choose one from the list if available |
||
| 12 | ** *File* - you can upload any supporting documents, for example, log file, screenshot(jpeg) |

| 13 | ** *Due Date* - the expected due date for this issue |
