How to log issue

This guide describes how to log issue in Redmine.

To create a new issue, you need to provide the following information:
  • Tracker - whether it is a bug, feature request, support case
  • Subject - a short yet descriptive summary of the issue
  • Description - a very detailed list of steps to reproduce the problem (feature/support case)
  • Priority - if it is a urgent issue, you may set it to Urgent or Immediate but use it wisely
  • Optional
    • Category - which module has been affected. just choose one from the list if available
    • File - you can upload any supporting documents, for example, log file, screenshot(jpeg)
    • Due Date - the expected due date for this issue
