fixed some issues and updated both ecwyconnector and ecwyadaptor to version 0.3.1 in the trunk.

already integrated the new service and it's ready for testing.

You are strongly recommended to register a new shopper/IBO/VIP ID for this testing. Do not use the previous test ID.

1. login to the US mall's online office(usstore). (do not use usclone)

1. click View Order Status link.

always use BO ID to make purchase or else the particular order won't able to display in online office. this is because the BO and VIP/Shopper are sharing the same page. btw, already feedback this issue to the team.
