SQL Error. - Function itself already hit error.

Based on the log entries, the SQL query did not specify the table name. If there's no matching records, the module won't able to get the correct table name, therefore, it'd thrown the SQL code -104.
By the way, we won't able to verify if the module is working, as there's no matching records for whatever range of dates you entered.
