Need to bring the new zealand database up to move on

check with maxconnect if the additional back URL can be added.
based on the reply from Satoru(MAXCONNECT), they could not provide different Back Urls:

check with maxconnect if the Back button in the payment form (first page) can be removed
the back button cannot be removed according to satoru.
