- define the list of the application needed to be installed in monitoring host and monitoring client
- define the list of system reqs for monitoring host and monitoring client
- how to install nagios and its respectively agents/plugins
- how to configure nagios's alarm traps
- add/remove monitoring client
- add/remove monitoring service
- add/remove contact for notification
