Description
1) Build a page with below fields, to simulate Qiwi server call response to updateBillExt API on status update.
Field to input: Order Id, RU Payment DateTime.
Field to pre-defined: API integration id and password, status (Payed - 60)
2) Apply login authentication checking on the page, to request for admin login id and password input. Refer to the listDB login as the user credential (pre-defined as hidden field/properties).

3) Introduce a regen flag at this simulator and UpdateBillExt, to update the Error_msg column as "G" (indicate manual regenerate) for cases triggered by this simulator.
