Integrate QIWI (payment gateway)

Description
This payment gateway will be used in the Russian member registration. The testing environment has been set up in the cwydb1(192.168.2.68). Let me know if want to set up in another environment.
How To Integrate:
- first, go through the Payment Flow
- play around with the :demo application
- integrate it into online mall by referring the Programming Guide
Important Note:
- There is no test environment for QIWI
- Most of payment methods have to be validated by SMS or USSD, therefore, we need to ask the favour from our Russian colleague to do the testing. Do check with Chooi-Mey about this.
I've updated the
Programming Guide. The changes included:
- introduce a new query parameter, cardGateway
- remove the qiwi value from paymentResponse and put it into the cardGateway
Added in new parameter "lifetime" for the form post.
Finance requirement is to set this lifetime of bill to be 3 days (72 hours).
- Assignee changed from Chong-Ting to Soh Keong
SK, Change Request at UpdateBill as stated below:
- Add in new parameter: statusCode, into paymentResult, and pass to Mall application.
- statusCode value - provided by Qiwi server call.
Do update the wiki on the new changes, and assign back the issue to Hann, for integration.
