Payment Gateway » mPay

This issue is similiar to #127, which is debit card integration.

Integrate the mPay VM(credit card) into the HK mall. This payment gateway will run together with other payment gateways, MIGS & Easypay.

• Accepts HKD currency only
• Cannot re-use the submitted order number
• Create few dummy orders in the interface table for testing purpose
• Cannot touch web.xml or perform hot-deploy, otherwise the mPay module won't work
