Description

This is the new payment gateway for UK mall. It is supposed to run in parallel with the existing payment gateway, GlobalCollect using the Round Robin method (similiar to dot biz mall). However, it would replace the GlobalCollect in the future.

NMI is yet to feedback what is the maximum length allowed for those billing fields and I've already sent them a reminder email. At the moment, we will only validate if the user has fill-up the required fields, e.g. billing info.

As suggested by NMI, the length of those input fields should be less than 99 characters

The format of the card expiration date should be MMyy:
payment form

as tested, the credit card number won't be shown in the report if the length is more than 19 digit. (credit to chooi-mey)

Because of that, I would suggest limit the max length of the card number field to 19 characters. It will reduces the chances of entering the wrong card number.
