Description
Integrate UK Mall with VP System for the VRegister call during VIP Registration/Renewal when VIP is entitled for the 30% discount voucher.
However, the VP utilization in online is handled within online mall, without need to sync the VP data back to VP System.
Same as US Mall implementation way.
Inform VP team (Benny) if any new recon batch file is created and need to be picked up for processing.

UK mall has already integrated the VP registration API and this changes will be deployed by today. However, for the renewal part, it's still work in progress.
Btw, I've already informed Benny to pick the daily recon file for UK country.
The VP registration module have already deployed to production environment on 29-Sep. As feedback by Sam & Benny, the offline system have already started to pick the daily recon files from the ftp folder.
