- implement the round-robin like algorithm to choose which payment gateway (either Easypay or MiGS) to be used when redirecting customer to payment page

MiGS have already integrated into the online mall. It is in test phase now.
Below is the list of pending issues:- no CANCEL PAYMENT button in payment form
- no 3-D payment authentication (did not prompt for the pin)

Our MID has already registered the 3D and this issue has been escalated to MiGS Support for further action

Tested. The Cancel button in fact is a hyperlink, which will redirect the user back to our receipt page after clicked

When the display language on the form is chinese simplified or traditional, the cancel "button" is displayed as a rounded image button:

To display the link as button when in English display language, change the locale from en to en_US
