Reviewed.
Minor Changes on Scheduled task for EventReport change from 0005 to 0105, to execute after PendingEventProcessor retry YESTERDAY PENDING records hourly.

After finish the Product/Category sync part, need to turn on the schedule to run both daemon/batches on dev machine, for trial run.
PendingEventProcessor - hourly; EventReport - Daily 1000 (Testing stage).
